trim / off cuts of one roe deer

4 large strips of belly pork

 

2 red onions

4 tablespoons of olive oil

4 tea spoons of minced garlic

4 tea spoons of Worcester sauce

4 teaspoons of Dijon mustard

Heaped teaspoon of marmite (you wont taste it i promise)

2 teaspoon of paprika

40 double twist of rock salt grinder

25 double twist of black pepper grinder

1 beaten egg

Rosemary / herbs to taste

 

Mince until fine and all ingredients are well mixed and its even.

 

With a wet hand pat in to burgers

 

BBQ or griddle till cooked all the way through

 

Et voila!

 

 

Made this up about 5 mins ago and it tastes awesome!
