3 in the bag

went to the hide this afternoon all exsited thinking am going to have a big bag of rabbits well how wrong was i not even a lookin

so after about a hour and half i called it a day with waiting for them to come to me i went on the hunt

after walking about 50m for the hide i spotted a rabbit on the far side of the hedge but it darted straight for cover

but it got my hopes up

 

after waiting about 10 mins one just hoped out only about a foot from the hedge so i waited till it moved out a bit more then with the back of the eye in the cross hair i let him have it and what a shot it was them ones were it dont even move just looks like it dropped his head for some more grass then it slowley curled over happy me

 

not even a minute after another one comes hoping out same again twat not a nice as the first shot but dead all the same

 

it was starting to get dark so i called it a day just as i was putting the gun in the bag 2 rabbits were playing tig with each other so i loaded up a bisley mag and rested on the fence it was about 15m away behind a fence post and i could only see his arse so after giving a little squeek he lifed up and i let him have it lovely 3 in the bag

nice one!! :clapper: shame bout the hide was expecting good reports like a 100 kils in 10 mins.... er well maybe exaggerated bit there nice bag tho and good shooting... whats on the menu then??

beef lol the rabbit have been skinned and sent through the mincer for the lurchers

 

hopefully the hide will improve with ages well its got to cos it blanked today
