finished ferret pen today

here's a pic of my new ferret pen that i started yesterday and finished it today,any ideas what else i could put in there for them thanks.

could put 6mm ply about 600mm high inside of door so when you go to feed or clean them will stop little buggers running off ..

put a plastic watering can in there, mine play in my watering can for hours and then fall asleep in it!

you can't see it in the photo but i put a piece of perspex across it because every time i opened the door the buggers was out

Why not buy them a Hammock, as it will be starting to get warm now ans this way they have the choice, mine lounge in the hammoks during the day but go in the nest boxes at night.

i use an old cushion cover as a hammock/sack.

just leave the zip open and hang it up by that side/corner,drop in a couple of tasty things and they find out how to get in in no time!!
