dave1372 83 Posted April 5, 2010 Report Share Posted April 5, 2010 This shouldn't make a difference to the cost of your insurance unless maybe you are asking for them to be covered specifically under the policy. Most policies will cover personal items upto a specific amount ie £250 so you may want to check and increase the limit. Hope this helps. thanks for the reply, my main concern was because i was looking at a van well wardrobe on wheels might be a better description of a rascal, they ask you if you will be carrying dangerous goods. i did not know if shotguns and ammunition has to be declared or as i have a licence to possess such items they go without saying but gas bottles are supposed to be declared and you don't need licences for those. i was considering getting onto the BASC to find out the legalities of the issue if nobody here know for sure. i am 17 and its my first car and will be third party fire and theft of that changes anything. thanks again rob edited for shoddy spelling Edited April 6, 2010 by ellir0305 Quote Link to post
