Lampy Lamps

Recommended Posts

I have seen loads of posts with people saying that they have had to rewire the lightforce lamps, if there that bad why do people buy them>? Also if everyone who has had to rewire them placed a complaint surely the company would consider a better design to keep people coming back ? :hmm:

a few of us have complained to lightforce, i sent them a real sarcastic e mail a few year back, so did others from these sites

they did reply to my email, appologising for the problems, but not alot more.

in fact it would be a good idea for evryone that has had probs, emailing them again

HAD MY 170 LESS THAN A WEEK AND THE DIMMER HAS GONE, COULD NOT TAKE IT BACK AS I HAD CUT THE CIGAR PLUG OFF.

HAVE BY PASSED IT NOW, WOULD NOT BUY ANOTHER ONE. ALSO THE QUALITY DOES NOT SEEM TO BE AS GOOD AS MY OLD 140.

Think you will find that bulbs go in most lamps, but the wiring on thr lightforce is bolix, take couple of feet of the strimmer and rewire the lamp. Job oxo.

That sure looks more heavy duty than the normal wire I'll try it.
