Just got a call from some lads that are fishing the two day boat comp on key, reports are going around the lake that a 30 had been caught, not confirmed yet.

Just had a call from another and it was confirmed that the fish was caught, next biggest was twenty, followed by an 11lb, still all day tomorrow to try for the first prize

That 30 pound Pike took first prize of 3 1/2 grand yesterday at the comp on Lough Key, second was 22lb, third was 17lb, some nice fish taken this year, hope to fish it again next year.

3 & half grand get me in for next year lol what was the entering price

 

some good fish showing wish one would show for me got 9lb carp other week but thats all i can say so far for 2010

First day was like fishing on the sea I am told, day two was not as bad, but lashing rain was the real problem, the 30 was taken on the first day.

i fish this comp have done for 11 years now

its good fun for to days

the guy who won had it on dead bait his mate won last year in the same boat
