hi buddy

1 WRONG SECTION!!

should be in here! link http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/index.php?showforum=98

2 if you are experiencing probs with grouping then ,clean your barrel, check your scope and all its screws & mounts.

3 try a number of pellets preferable domed they group well. here is another link

http://www.pellpax.co.uk/acatalog/Pellpax_SAmple_Packs.html

4 try a different shooting technique

but probably just needs a good barrel clean, and finding the right pellet

good luck buddy

and keep us posted!

This is extremely unusual as ther HW100 has the reputation of being the least pellet fussy of all the modern rifles. MIne is happy with Falcon Accuracy, Bisley Mags, AA Field, H & N Trophy and I know Zini has used FX.

After doing what Davy suggests re cleaning and checking scope fittings etc, check the allen bolts holding the stock to the action. Then I suggest you try shooting it without the silencer, as the pellets may be clipping on the way out.

Do all of these things one at a time, so you know what you've eliminated.

Suggest you try all of the above with the H&N as they are the same as the Weihrauch F & T that they recommend. Failing that use AA Fields.

Good luck.

As said above, i also had accuracy problems with my HW100. i took the silencer off and found witness marks inside. new silencer solved the problem. whenever you change to different types of pellets, clean the barrel fire 5-10 shots through it to relead it then start grouping to see your results. like stealthy said if your gun is new it will need a good 1k pellets to bed itself in. If you ever try logun penetrators then make sure the barrel is well cleaned before hand or you'll get horrible inconsistencys. ive found H&N FTT and RWS superdomes work the best in my HW.

Same here....double up a piece of 30lb fishing line, push the two ends up the barrel from the chamber end, and pull through a piece of lint free cloth lightly covered in turps, three times, then pull though three more times with clean cloth.

Job's a good'n
