Treacle Trackpad 6
Normally I put 40grn Blitzkings through my Triple with devastating effect on rabbits and Charlie. Anyway, having seen the Barnes VG on youtube I thought I'd give them a go to see if they came up to the mark. They zeroed well with a .5" group at 100yds, but field testing didn't live up to expectations. Don't get me wrong, all the bunnies dropped dead with an apple sized exit hole, but with a vision of exploding varmints in my mind they didn't perform like I was hoping they would. So, I'll be using them all up slow time, taking out the long range bunnies but will stick to the BK's when they're gone. Quote Link to post
SNAP SHOT 194
you will find it hard to beat a better bullet than the sierra blitzkings for varmints truely awsome in all calibres.... the VG's i have heard are so so on impact and don't deliver consistant performance... expansion wise... Snap. Quote Link to post
