I'm just back from there today........not a bad little show lurcher racing was good.. keeperstweed 0 Posted April 5, 2010 Report Share Posted April 5, 2010 sorry but must disagree show was total crap couldnt even get to park by the show ring till late not to happy with showing either went home early i agree with you malc1, we parked way back from the showground had to move later on when spaces were avaliable. lots of the big names were not there !! boots and shoe stalls, mainly. how many people did you see with carrier bags!! not many. a country fair, i dont think so! more like a gloryfied market. what happened to the falconry arena and basc stand. Ogi73 0 Posted April 7, 2010 Report Share Posted April 7, 2010 I went Monday and loved it, so did our lass. had a go at the come and try clay shooting, never shot a shotgun before and loved that, joining a clay club soon. As a complete novice found loads of info about things that I'd being interested in, maybe thats the difference, great show for a newbie, but not so good for you lot who know what your doing?
