Got a visit from a good friend today.The police and rspca came to his house about ten O clock.team handed as per.had a warrant to check the dogs and search his house.so they went over the house with a fine tooth comb and checked the dos faces for marks.Apparently the warrant was for fighting dogs.My friend owes two springers a lab and a whippet.Must have cost about ten grant to say sorry witch the pricks never did.Hope they rot in hell.

why doesnt he kick up f**k.demand a written apology etc .comp for the stress to himself /family etc .

 

unfortuneatly mate, don't think he'd have any joy there, houses get raided everyday without result, don't think you have any rights, (hopefuly i'm wrong)

 

 

Thats not entirely true, my mates house was raided for weed plants while he was on holiday, his son answered the door and denied all knowledge etc, they raided the place and found nothing, when the dad got home he went mad and demanded and apology and compensation for something they had broken...............he got it!!

The biggest problem i have is inexperienced inspectors that cant deal with any animal properly i handed over a ferret to the sspca.Found it roaming friendly as anything just dirty great condition etc a few marks and scuffs but nothing life threatening.The lass was petrified and i thought i told you on the phone it was a ferret so why did they send a lass whos terrified of them out?I put it in the box she was horrified cos i carried it out in my hand.The local dog warden here is scared or was scared of dogs ffs.Ive dealth with them a few times and theres an old guy here once and really got on with him he was sensible walked in ah lurchers that will explain why you got reprted for starving your dogs then.I showed him their sacks of food and all the other pets etc and their food and he told me look i can see theres no reason why i am here apart form stupidity so dont get worked up.He knew how to handle my bitch cos she wasnt very welcoming and he ignored her basically and she eventually stopped wanting to eat him.The young boy who was out last year was a prick tbh clueless telling me did i realise how dangerous my dogs are as theyre bred for killing and may even turn on me one day.He seen the camo jacket sitting and real tree hat "do you work these dogs"me:yes rabbits only [bANNED TEXT] he proceeds to tell me this is illegal and i tell him not if your on land where you have permission we argue for a while and then the icing on the cake bull crosses should not be allowed near people theyre reknown for grabbing you and locking their jaws and they kill you LMFAO.Look pal the last person my bitch will EVER stand up to is me or those closest to her she knows better.She may well rip an intruder or someone threatening her fmaily into bits but never her own.I can put my hand in her mouth when she eats a raw bone then oh no cant give the dog that and so on.Theres no reasoning with stupidity folks.Tell your mate though to keep notes on everything so if it keeps happening he can get an order for harrasment

harrasement to your legal rites , stresing your family out going to the doctors, go to the localpapers tell them you dont feel safe with your dogs in the house after they invaded your secirity of your own home ,, i was out yesterday they said you have been chaseing , i says ye a f*****g tennis ball , the pup was dirty as the ground is mucky with rain ,he says hees been chaseing i laughed like f**k , prat. i get there names and numbers lawyers letter etc to them and put it in the local paper ,how a man maybe have rto move beacase of peer pressure on the sspca rspca

However, the police are only acting on information given to them. They'd have had to apply to the court for a warrent.

Now they are only doing what they are obliged to do. I do think they could probably have said lets go round and have a quick "chat" with the owners of the dogs and come to a reasonably intelligent assumption as to what the dogs were for. No courts, minimal cost, and a better understanding of the locals.

On the other hand. What would happen if they did this and they got it wrong (we all make mistakes) and the owner did have a fighting dog and he subsequently gets busted for it? Poor old PC Plod is going to get roasted by his boss, roasted by the Arsepac and right royally a*se Feked by the press. They're damned if they do and damned if they don't.

I just wish that the police were more aware of what really happens in their neighbourhood and more aware of what the arsepac are like.

We'd all be happy then eh?

The SSPCA / RSPCA are nothing more than hipped up suposid animal lovers , animal lovers who put more animals to sleep than more people would believe or understand (the whole never put a healthy dog down SHITE LMAO,)

if they actually paid as much attention to animals as they do to polishing there shoes maybe we wouldn't be in this state of affares.

 

What I also find strange is that the people who do most of the reporting to these want a be plod IS HONEST PEOPLE WITH HONEST DOGS !!!!! YES THATS RIGHT YOU'LL PROBABLY FIND IT'S SOME ONE WITH WORKING DOGS WHO HAS A CHIP ON THERE SHOULDER ABOUT SOMEONE ELSES...
