Guest AngelicAcid
Ive just moved last Friday, and am looking for a New Shed. I will be getting it out of Great Universal Catalogue. There are a few different types, So really need to know what will be the best to get. It will be used for storage, but will need to be Secure. The types are:- Apex ShipLap. Groundsman(Tongue and Groove Shiplap Cladding.) And Apex Overlap. The reviews on their website are very Few, and not very helpful at all. I will put the links up soon. Shiplap and overlap are complete rubbish ! Be prepared to replace it in about 2 years !! Tonque & Groove is the best, ONLY if it is at least 12 mill thick. Also, whats the roof and floor made from ? If it is that pressed shaving stuff; forget it !! At the end of the day, you only get what you pay for !! Cheers.
Guest AngelicAcid
The roof and floor are both made of Tongu and Groove mate. I think its 12mm thick as well.
Malt 379
T & G is best, but I'd go for the shiplap before overlap.

Guest AngelicAcid
Full spec there.
Malt 379
I've just been looking at it, seems tidy enough. I could do with a new shed myself, maybe I can talk the wife into it after we've finished paying for the TV... Let me know what it's like if you do go for it!
Guest AngelicAcid
Never really use catalogues, but after forking out for carpets and STUFF plus twins on the way this seems to be the option i will take. Ive looked on other websites, and the same shed is not much less to buy . Good reviews, anyone had one let me know Please.
harrycatcat 31
To be honest mate I think its a tad expensive and I would be looking at pricing some wood and making one myself. BUT Everyone is different and if it suits you and your circumstances (twins, bills etc) then get it sorted. Best of luck whatever your decision. Guest AngelicAcid
Yes, it is expensive, but im no good at anything like that, but ive also seen sheds go for a lot more that are of similar Spec. Would you say that this will be of good quality?
DDD 4
There's a farm down at Leeming who make sheds. Got mine from there, made to my spec & it's absolutely solid. 20ft x 8ft. Quality stuff. Let me know if you want the location. Dave

Would you say that this will be of good quality? I am no expert mate and I am a little old fashioned and like to see/feel what I buy then I can make a decision. The bottom line is I dont know
