collie/grey 238
Eminem is a legend to me, have always loved his music and always will, also kelly clarkson, delta goodrem, dido, ellie goulding to name a few but i have a varied taste in music, mainly r 'n' b and the like, but if i hear a new song i like it or not regardless what type it is. bert the fert 28
I'm old, so my tastes reflect that ! Ray Charles singing pretty much anything, but when he sings Georgia, i get proper choked up. Dinah Washington, Etta James, Anne Peebles, Ruby Turner. All different singing styles, but all quality soul voices. Toots and the Maytals, it's sunshine and rum, and holiday happiness Anything featuring Dave Grohl, QOTSA, Foo's, Nirvana.... QOTSA's Go With The Flow still makes me drive waaaay too fast. Greenday, AAF, Chilli's, Jane's Addiction, to get me awake and fizzed up, then Moby and Why Does My Heart, to chill me back down again. Leonard Cohen for lyrical brilliance, though for me it's gotta be Jeff Buckley singing Hallelujah. From the first, gently intimate intake of breath on that track, i'm goosebumps and dreams. Awesome stuff. I could bang on about music all night
