Dog Theft

Recommended Posts

I'm worried, let the dogs out this morning and they kicked off big style, I went outside and heard two blokes shouting by the garden hedge, shouted the dogs in and thought they must have been having a go at another dog through the hedge. Anyway, this afternoon I was working in out field and noticed a bloke hiding at the field bottom watching us he had a foot ball with him and kept kicking it about. Deerhound spotted the movement and took off luckily for once when I shouted him he came back. The bloke saw we'd seen him and moved off. About fifteen minutes later my Shepherd kicked off over something she could hear down in the same direction. I don't know what to think, we very rarely have people down where he was & he was definitely spying on us What can I do just in case he is after my dogs.

Yeah supposedly been cars around my way looking at people walking dogs, after a few have been stolen people are a bit wary now.

I tell folk if they think someone is checking them out with their dogs whilst walking, dont walk straight home, get someone to pick you up asap.

At least that way the scum wont know ehere you live, how can these people live with themselves.

if lurchers cost £1000 or more i could see why they would pinch

them but you can pick up an half decent lurcher ready trained

in countrymans or other papers for £350 at the most

:wallbash::wallbash::wallbash::wallbash::wallbash::wallbash::wallbash::wallbash::wallbash::wallbash:

would never buy a dog from countrymans edrd maybe but not out of there

Thanks for the advice. I've got them inside now, I was supposed to go to market today but I'm not leaving the house empty. Police round here not interested in dog theft or anything else for that matter. I think a march against dog theft would be a good idea, try and get the police to do something. Theres been a few dogs round here taken and a couple have turned up horribly injured.
