Just a word of warning folks, the hare is out of season at the moment in southern Ireland and can only, be coursed in season by a permit by the coursing clubs with greyhounds, not anyone with lurchers unfortunately.. I personally dont agree with what coursing clubs do, i think they should be coursed with lurchers, on the hares own ground, thats what coursing is about in my books..
