Ideation 8,216
She should be fine mate. Just make sure she has plenty of dry bedding and that the sleeping box is dry and draft proof. atb Jai. Quote Link to post
stubby 175
ferrets have fur on they do not like heat, so coming out of a flat is no problem they do and can withstand COLD just fill up the sleeping compartment with straw, the fert will remove it, if it dont want it Quote Link to post
The one 8,463
She will be fine as said before its not the cold its the heat you have to watch out for Quote Link to post

stealthy1 3,964
As long as they have a nestbox and good bedding your ferret will thrive Quote Link to post

wullieh 53
Before you get another jill make sure your ferret gets on with it takeit along and let her choose what one she likes, somtimes if a ferret has been on its own it will not take to other ferrets and only fights with them . runforyourlife 361
Before you get another jill make sure your ferret gets on with it takeit along and let her choose what one she likes, somtimes if a ferret has been on its own it will not take to other ferrets and only fights with them . They will fight for a day or two! Then they will settle, if they dont like, its tough. They are a hard animal... All is correct what has been said above, especially stubby, as everyone repeats his first answer... As for drafts getting in and so on. The ferret will sort that with its bedding, dont worry about cold. Aferret doesnt have sweat glands, so need to be watered well in the heat or in tight fitting areas, ie: carry boxes..
