Managed to get another day out of the rabbits today, Stevo, Ray and Shaun popped down for another bite of the lincolnshire apple. We did a very difficult hedgerow today with heavy brambles, another 2 weeks and it would have been impossible when they start to grow.

Having done some of the easy stuff I thought it only fair to the keeper to have a bash at this as he was having a bit of rabbit trouble in this area. We didnt come across any tiny rabbits, but a couple half to three quarter grown ones, ok "for the chip pan"

At the end of the session at 2pm we had 35 big fat ones and 7 half/three quarter grown in a total of 42.

We took along Stevo's new dog, he got it from a friend who pomised it marked really well, that is an understatement, its awesome and never wrong, and its a collie.

Stevo van, and he loves it, its kitted out with microwave and dog cages etc, its had a few rabbits in the back I will tell you, they get 100 regular when they go up north yorks, I will get a pic and post it.

Yes not bad but not the best one stevo had, there were 101 on that day, thats some guts to get rid of and some rabbit stew.

i live and hunt in n.yorks and ive never even seen that many rabbits excluding summer time that is.
