Was oyt last night and was sick off seeing foxes no cubs but some big foxes all lamp shy but heading down south 2 night so hope till get a few down there :thumbs:

Over here yea wont see them till about another 5 6 weeks l would say but really small like small cats wont get a big cub tell after june

seems very quiet for fox this way alot of rabbits out due to lack of fox recently, guess they spend more time below ground with young, only coming out when hungry

No Cubs will be around on my patch untill Late may early june onwards,, No way would i choose to pursure these and other game for that matter through the summer months,Unless i was bringing on a young dog.

round my waysouthwest the local terrierman reckons the start of june but if they appear sooner sound got a young dog who im going to start of retrieving cubs atb matt

too right,but to be fair most of the cub catchers(except those called out for pest control)they have to kill cubs because their dogs would never face a full grown one.

whats wrong with starting a young inexperienced dog on young inexperienced quarry?i would of thought this would be the best way to bring a young dog on i agree running already entered dogs on cubs is unsporting atb matt
