Straightline 0
Tried everthing myself. For 5 pounds 'Bach Rescue Remedy' worked really good. Get if from boots, is a herbal relaxant. 4 drops for my lurcher works a treat and shes bad normally. Told a mate in work and worked for his dog as well. This came about from lots of internet research and it does work for most unlike the plug in relaxers and sedatives from the vets which though zonk your dog out, dont work as they know exactly whats going on, just cant do anything about it which isnt fair. Its worth a try. The upside is you can use it on your mrs as well when shes bending your ear, helps there as well  Like a cup of tea love? :11:

Mish 1
A C P tablets are another good remedy. Half a tab for terriers, relax's em nicely. Most vets stock em
Guest Risky
Take the dogs shooting ,my dogs love fireworks keep looking for something dead. Same here mate. I often take my bitch to rifle ranges, she keeps trying to go and inspect the targets! She doesn't even stir with fireworks.

mad al 146
I was up in the forest above where we live earlier, parked the car in what used to be an old quarry the Forestry Comission used to use, got out and I counted twenty one spent firework casings. These weren't tiny things, they were the massive things that I thought they had tried to ban. The quarry is about four miles by road/ two miles as the crow flies, from us, we'd heard them going off last night, Rotties were wound up, but thankfully the horses were OK. City folk may think, oh, it's ok won't harm anyone out there in the middle of nowhere , myself I think they need a reality check ...Al
