dave a 24
heard a story years ago about someone crossing a hand reared stoat to a ferret.i was told the young were too fast and killed a lot.i don't know how true the story is.anyone else ever hear of that happening? Quote Link to post
Lab 10,979
Someone i know told me he was ferreting years ago when he bolted a stoat from a small hole, his ferret then brought out a tiny stoat which was still alive. He got it home and managed to rear it up with the ferrets but i'm not sure what age it was? He was shutting his ferret hutch 1 night and the door jammed so he gave it a wee push and the stoat tried to get out and he squashed it. He was gutted. Quote Link to post
