Which .17HMR???

Im thinking of buying a .17HMR, but cant see anything that I really like. I like the more traditional style rifles, nice wood, half stock, no laminates etc.

 

To give you an idea, I have a SAKO finnfire .22LR and a STEYR Classic half stock in .243.............so im after something in a similar stlye to these.

 

Are there any rimfires out there that would have a twisted (outer) barrel like my STEYR??

cz did a limited one with a walnut stock and fluted barrel. but dont see many of them around anymore. a lad i no had one and it was alovely rifle.

 

if you got the money to spend look at the cooper arms hmr rifles. there stocks a beautiful walnut. tho there not cheap and there is a waiting to get them over here.

had the cz now got an anshutz thumbhole take some beating but there not cheap for a little rimfire.
