any cross really needs to be 100% to run at there best , and i would love to be proved wrong and see a bull cross run all night long ,but i dont think that will happen ,even a good saluki given good hard runs and im not talking just about one or two three or four runs will fade and i dont think you can compare the staying power of a saluki to that of a bull cross

A good bull x will work all nite if hes 100% fit.. not 50% not 75% but 100% fit... many folk on here are guilty of never getting the full potential out of there bullx.. just because they look fit doesnt mean that they actually are.. atb stabba

very well said my friend and anyone who thinks a bull has no stamina is thick as shit. also if theres atleast 10% of dog men that work there dogs to there full potential of any cross i'll be shocked. get rid of the pedderls wannabe's there will be hardly no one left with working dogs

fence hopper what do ya think makes a better bull x,coursing or racing grey for the first cross

i can only say from my own experience which is minamol with the bull x but we crossed a bull over a track grey bitch, and you carnt burn the bitch that was kept back out, i've owned a bull myself in the past and ran him with the lurchers and he was always ahead when on the bike, even on a 8 mile 10 mile bike ride. i think its the case of finding the right bull no good those fat hippo's, you want proper stuff, for example look at the state of the pic in charliehunter100 profile pic, imo no good to put over a greyhound its been bred for colour size head nothing else, that aint a pit

thats good because id realy prefer the track hound for the extra speed but thought the extra stamina would be good aswell from the coursing hound .yea no offence to charlie hunter, its obviously the type he likes but its not a true pit,hes bred for looks and theyre usualy just calles american bullies nowadays.i have a proper working type pit and he has no extremities in appearance but is atletic and agile, real terrier like.im thinking of getting a pup from him somehow, would love to see how it would work charlie on the lamp.i want a charlie dog that will be a veteran and have a long working life and reading the posts on here they seem to be a good shot for that rugged and game.

yet to see a good bull cross were we hunt and were we run last ,their feet get baterd , some havent got the wind or runing sense ,i dont rate them as great deer dogs either ,not when the qaurry can run a bit , and you need good sped stamina andbalance to bring down your qaurry, maybe an eight bull, but for good big feilds and long slip after slip im still waiting to see a good genuine bull with no saluk etc in it do the bizness , there will be one some were ,

I THINK YOU MISSED THE "GE" OFF THE END OF YOUR NAME WHIN
