1st post and a noob Q too

After watching Field Sports Britan i noticed that moderators are very widely used in the UK. Unfortunatly the pollies over here(Oz) watch too much James Bond and think moderators are only used by bad guy/assasins and unsavory types. So they are totaly outlawed.

Do you use normal game loads with a mod. gun or special rounds designed to go thru a mod ?

On a totaly different tangent what kind of wide brimmed hat does the hunter/falconer Roy Luptin wear in the FSB episodes ?It looks swanky and like it would be well suited to Oz hunting conditions.

We are a small country with lots of houses, so it helps to keep the peace. It will tend to help with shot placement as well, more so on some calibres. Mods are easy to get here, all you have to do is shout Health & Safety and you get one. Then save your pennies!

 

I'm not aware of any special loads designed to work through a mod, but inevitably if you reload and use a mod then you will develop the best yourself, frankly I would be surprised if the load would make that much difference, mod wise!

 

Hats...not a clue!!
