Im pretty sure that was jim from black dog trading and im pretty sure the dog was called flynn. the other one by him is called a cold wind blows i think

the tow dog's in dusck till dawn are flin and sky flin was a black suluky cros and sky was a blue and white bich wich sadly pased away

He was a deer/grey x collie/grey there is still pups descended from him about
