I don't take 100yd shots with my .22 rimfire, because I'm not happy that I'm good enough to kill every time.

There are too many variables in this video - pellet drop compensation, windage and shooting downhill - to make it viable.

Doesn't help if the antis see this sort of thing, either.

Looking at the video i think that he was no where near 100 yards away.

I have had experiences with this bloke before on my YouTube channel and he as been blocked by me for being very negative to be nice to him :( .

1. He doesnt do a live zoom in and out to show the distance before shooting the bunny live. When i did my 55 metre accuracy testing a few days ago i did and the distance of 55 metres looked alot further than what he says is 100 yards.

2. He doesnt show the range on the range finder either, yet states that he as one with him UMMMMMM.

3. Going from my experience that rabbit was shot from maybe 30 metres max.

4. Look at the thistles in the for ground at around 10 seconds, they are almost in focus, The rabbit is in focus so if the rabbit was at 100 yards and the camera was zoomed in then the thristles would not be that clear believe me.

This guy is clearly on drugs.....

Or doesnt deserve to own any type of rifle in my eyes.

Going through the youtube posts others have made and his replies deems his a very irresponsible shooter anyway, perfect "ammunition" (pardon the pun)for anti's!

Here's one what really caught my eye....

thebestshooter123 shooting card at distance fine . shooting rabbits at 100 yards is wrong , hey you were lucky that time and may be other times but an air rifle is the wrong tool for long distance bunnies .get your self a 17hmr or.22lr and have your long distance fun . 2 months ago

Darryl,

Ive spoken to this bloke before mate and he was slagging me like mad on PM over YouTube so i ignored him.

He said that i only hunted tame birds and rabbits as i did alot of shooting from my vehicle

I tried to explain to him that i had a very big permission and driving and shooting was the best way to cover the huge area and make some kind of dint in the vermin.

He couldnt get it in his small mind though that i was doing a pest control job in Catterick for my boss and not just sport hunting

Can someone please find me some more tame quarry to shoot though as i did enjoy my time there

He wanted to come and show me how to shoot wild vermin properly :feck:

Maybe i have missed something here and must go and buy a book or DVD on shooting WILD vermin ;)and see what i am doing wrong.

Maybe i will have to change my shooting technique :hmm:

What a KNOBB
