Turkish88 0
My whippets sire was a none chaser and mine has turned out a good worker. Just came natural to him, after the 1st rabbit bolted from next to my feet on a walk its like a switch had been turned on and he was off. And he has turned out to have better instincts for it that some lads worker to worker lurchers. just from personal experience and opinion, but like every one on this site i think i have a good dog. turkish Quote Link to post

Non peds are a lot faster but imho havent got the stamina or natrual running ability of a good pure working whippet its only my opinion on wat i have seen over the years but a first cross kc whippet back to a good distance greyhound can be very good and have the edge on both ped and non ped whippets Quote Link to post

Y.I.S Leeview A mix of both but sometimes their can be more whippet or greyhound depending i know now and again they go back to greyhounds with a nonped alot of nonpeds are bred by putting a nonped to another nonped. In effect they are grey/whippets but not first crosses most of them.atb dell Quote Link to post
