couldn't imagine anybody using them these days.friends of mine used a wire coated one years ago with a hound pack and to be fair was a handy bitch but it was just a fluke i think.

Yes there were a few out here in Ireland years ago, but most working fox terriers are used in continental Europe, like Italy, Norway, Russia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Slovakia.

 

There is plenty of them out there working in Europe if you look for them.

all the one ive seen these days are far to big they couldn t get in phoneboxes let alone go down holes,atb top

it must be the show bred types. The working bred ones are more similar to smooth coated parson russells.
