The guy who had him hasn't done much with him just a bit of ratting. If anyone is willing to take him on he has the potential to be a useful dog. I have a couple of his litter mates and they're coming on well. I only took him as the owner was planning to put him in kennels and I would rather he at least had the opportunity to become a useful dog.
