Keeper First Time Out

Recommended Posts

Hi All. Just come back from taking "Keeper" out from her first walk, she is now 5 months old, 19" and 26lb. you might think that this is a bit late to start taking her out, but things have been a bit hectic around here for a couple of weeks. Well I put her in the back of the vehicle and she had a bit of a wobble, no panic. i put the collar and retracable lead on her and another wobble. I coaxed her a little and we were away, no problems until the biggest tractor you have ever seen came down the track, another wobble. Tractor came and went so I let her off the lead, no problems. She started getting her feet straight away, she is quite a confident bitch so I don't think it will be long before she is charging about. I have her litter sister also, I did not know which one to keep back, so I kept two. They seem to be a pretty confident pair on the whole, only time will tell. Anyway she soon started sniffing rabbit droppings and running about. Hopefully from small beginnings, as they say. I have hopefully attached a snap.

Pick the one you fancy and move the other one on , put all the work into her, by next season ,you'll have a really good bond made with you and the pup, to get 2 pups right is so difficult ,anyway best of luck with them bud..
