The bird isn't left to kill , it just holds while you, as quickly as posible get there and kill. But I agree, the law is illogical.

The bird isn't left to kill , it just holds while you, as quickly as posible get there and kill. But I agree, the law is illogical.

i know that mate ,its just that the law was brought in because animals that were chased by dogs were put under stress from the chase then took time to die from being bitten by the dogs ,well ,they must think the same animals dont mind being chased by a fecking bird and being scared as hell untill the owner of the bird has to take longer to get to the caught animal than any dog could kill it ,fecking dumwits .

Not arguing, the law is stupid, in my eyes dog, bird, one's no worse than the other. If flying without permission my gsp is breaking the same laws as your lurcher,and it's never caught anything in it's 8yr life !
