i put a few question forward , and askd for a bit before the eighties , did the books change alot of peoples minds on hunting and so called experts as lots talk as they read the book on here rather than through , mistakes and learning through mistakes

so all hunting books are no good ,you want to read some of the usa hunters certainly not boring and still get to do what they have being doing for decades

so are we whin ,but we dont have to read or write books ,

2 good what did you do years ago i mean 25 plus startin dogs etc not flint as he is haveing 5 , what kinda methods did you do with your lurchers in monmouthshire or were ever you hunt

to be truthfull ,i fecked about for 4 years my dogs were ok ,then one day a vehicle puled up out side my house and started to unload its contents [skined deer ]to take to a house oppersit mine .i got talking to one of the people and he told me they were all taken using lurchers ,i wanted in and befrendid the person ,the 2 dogs they were using belonged to flint08 but he was having a long lie down at the time ,12months worth if i remember right ,any way i taged along and learned a lot over the next 12 months ,then met flint ,he taught me how to get the best out of a dog ,so all i can say is ,i do the same as he does and have done for over 30 years .and boy it works .

2 good shut the f**k up and read what i am saying, im asking the man what he done before all these silly shows racingetc started im asking that man not you, not unles you no the anser ,chalkie will tell me as before all these books and ideas of books how did they go about it ,starting a young dog for me it hasnt changed much just abit more clever not to ruin a young dog at times

read his other post, on other threads numb nuts ,he has wrote that he has started ALL his dogs as pups for 50 years .

so as you see i do know the answer .and have lamped with him for over 30 years at least 2or3 nights a week ,sometimes more
