2434me 13
I don't know a great deal about coursing and wondered how the dogs are scored ? Following on from the other "Spanish coursing" I watched another from the list on the side . Pirata - Careta 2ª Carrera de la Semifinales Campeonato 2005 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUrntInGL1I To me this was an amazing run for the dogs .Anyway , The black dog was there almost all of the time and the other dog was trailing most of the time .BUT ! The hare was caught on the fence by the lighter coloured dog. Which dog would have scored best ? The one which ran the best ? Or the one which caught the hare ? For what its worth ,I would have preferred the black dog. Edited March 14, 2010 by 2434me Quote Link to post

salukiwhippet 6
Not in organised NCC coursing - including the Waterloo Up to 3 points for the run up, 1/2 point for a wrench (turn of less than 90 degrees), 1 point for a turn (turn of more than 90deg.) No points at all for a kill. James Quote Link to post

James After looking into this i stand corrected in ncc (including )-the waterloo cup a kill is not scored only in certain countrys in europe do they score a kill as a win Quote Link to post
