willum 89 Posted March 12, 2010 Report Share Posted March 12, 2010 i use warm salty water to wash out wounds then rinse out warm water again then dilute some savlon use this to dab on wounds then rinse again and let them heal does ok for me and my lot always take some savlon diluted and a bottle of water with me when out as at end of day you can treat on site and use savlon to wash ya hands afterwards as you can never be to carefull when dealing with cuts and wounds around longtails atb willum.
