punydan 0
On one of my permissions there is a set which is a shared earth of rabbit and pig. Must be like having a larder for the badgers, needless to say I won't ferret this set, it's a shame really as it would be a nice set to work. Edited March 11, 2010 by punydan Quote Link to post

Haystack 11
I've also seen a rabbit bolt into a badger hole. I once had a ferret down, and was taking ages (40 mintues) and I thought he was playing up. Locating him as running about with the finder, I positioned myself between a 1ft wide pit that had two rabbit holes within. Waiting for the ferret to appeer, I thought I heard something funny so I stuck my head down the hole and 'Whaaammmm' a full sized buck rabbit smashed into my skull. Needless to say he got away, as my screems coupled with a dazed but running rabbit resulet in no shots, but a roar of laughter. Quote Link to post
