building a smoker

i was just wondering if anybody had any simple plans on how to make a smoker.

 

i love my fish smoked as well as cheese, bacon ham & the rest. so i would love to smoke a few of this years bounty.

 

so do any of you have any plans or pics of a smoker.

i build from disbin with small chimney on, i buy from pakistani man harware shop. Is galvanis, & perfec. build fire in side , with pine , or nice wood,where chimny is get box with lid (.5 metre size) , place hole on bottom , put over chimny. all fish ,meat go in box. drill many hole on box for cloud to escape. maybe £20

Thats how i would do it, could be adapted to cold smoke too with a bit of piping

 

But don't use pine wood to create smoke, too much resin in the wood :sick:
