waidmann 105 Posted March 27, 2010 Report Share Posted March 27, 2010 the general consensus in germany is that the non toxic bullets are not much cop bud,very expensive and balisticly inferior. there was an artical in the german dog and gun a while back. the stomach of some birds is so acidic that it corrodes the lead and produces lead oxide,killing the birds(in germany the gralloch is often left for scavengerss such as the sea eagles,kites,bussards etc). that projectiles are the cause of the lead pollution is very much in question which has not stopped them banning it. waidmann Quote Link to post
