v-max 2
Very nice but you could leave him if he is only 4-7yrs of age i would be looking to leave him. He cant be far from starting to clean we have a few up this way that are starting. I cant beleave the amout of people that cant stalk past a buck due to it being in its prime. I pass alot of beasts on some of my ground for breeding stock. Quote Link to post

apollo 9
Vmax i understand what your saying but this is a 200 acre wood and we shoot 150 of it and another stalker shoots the other bit, now we do this sport because we like to shoot and we are all after deer, we may shoot a lot more does than bucks as im not a great fan of heat, midges, and wall to wall cover...lol....so chances are he wont fall to us but if the chance arises i will shoot him as will the chap that shoots the small bit but we may never get the chance to shoot him and we may never see him again...if we held all the ground around him im sure we would watch him for a long while to come.....eddie Quote Link to post
wireviz 8
Shoot him he will taste good and the head is a bonus but ill bet you wont recognise him after he looses his velvet he will Bea different animal. Edited March 8, 2010 by wireviz Quote Link to post
