Lol , i had just the one last august (first one) going to get a few more in the summer.

Nice setup mate, do you let the ferret have access to the shed whenever it wants or do you just let it have access to it during the day then put him in the hutch at night? I would leave the hutch door open all the time and let him have free run of the space when he wants then he could just go into the hutch to sleep.

Thanks Mate, Yeah thats what i do. let him out in the morning then put him back late evening. Looking forward to getting a few more to join him. =]

Excellent set up mate I keep my cages in a shed, you'll really appreciate it when you're cleaning out cages in the winter

Id get rid of any non ferret obstacules, then fit a wood panel across the lower half of door, inside shed, at a height you can step over, woodchip the floor and use it as a ferret court, keeping the cage/s for any ferts that need seperating

stops them getting out when you open door to go in shed looks like you have it done already

Ah right , yeah iv put a tempary peice of wood there, its not %100 completed yet see. wood chip sounds good, but i thought the concrete floor would be abit better so it could wear down their nails.
