Guest fence_hopper
thanks lads the bitch is 27 tts she's a about 62 pound, she gives me 100% every time she's out. not the greatest of noses of course being a sight hound but if it moves she'll catch it, loves being bitten as good as any bull cross, i started her at 2 !/2 years old got all the basics over she wasnt the brightest spark but soon got the hang of things. i personaly think its the man behind the dog that makes the difference. i can see why so many are no good, its down to the idiots that own them. this is her first season and she has had more than most dogs have in 2 or 3 and thats being layed of 8-9 weeks off through the season due to having pups. you put in what you want to get out i'd like to thank you all again for your kind words you cant stop their feet going mate, what is the most she as had in a night if you seen the crap fields i run mate, the only foot injury she's had is a charlie bit her right on the joint of her ancle give her a jab of penacilin she was of for 2 or 3 days back out no probs after that. the colonel 83
Best dog i've owned was greyhound bitch, brought up with terriers. lurchers round here could'nt compete with her she could kill hares before they had time to think! best wishes with yours, but why not mate her to saluki? Quote Link to post
Guest fence_hopper
If she loves being bitten as much as any bull cross why are you bothering putting a bull across her. Wouldnt another pure grey who loves being bitten be the better option? dont worrie about it up to me my bitch Quote Link to post
