United Nations Gun policies

Recommended Posts

I believe that America is at a critical point concerning our right to keep and bear arms. The United Nations is putting the pressure on through the liberal politicians currently in office. Our supreme court has been in session on this issue.

I don't know much about UK politics - I suspect that the gun owners over there do what ever they can to keep their guns. Politics are confusing enough to keep up to date on just one country let alone trying to understand whats going on in some other place. The point I am making is that the United Nations is pushing a ONE WORLD government and at the top of their current agenda is world wide confiscation of all small arm's - WE CAN OPPOSE THIS ON A WORLD LEVEL.

We have a new polictal party here in America called the Tea Party It is conservtive, pro gun , pro hunting and less big government.

Typically the Repulican party was the home of conservatism and the Democratic Party is the home of liberalism , pro big government , anti gun & anti hunting. These two party's have become so similar that it is hard to tell the difference so the Tea Party has formed.

I am interested in your opinions on these issues over in the UK.

Big big diffrence UK & usa. In UK , can have what man like, only need proof of what, why & where of use gun. It is because, ALL gun register to man in uk.

In usa, no register gun, any man, woman ,child can have. so if you have problem, no one know where gun from or who belong.usa no register of how many, where & why ! I never see anyone use gun in usa for hunt, only collect lots & lots for wall.

usa government scare it citizen with gun rule, make big agenda, so america shocked..then it be good & easy to register all gun, to person.later they enforce, what , where & why

usa need to register all gun, then keep government happy, for short moment, until they need more.

You have problem, uk has not, because good agenda. No use, NO gun !!.

I didn't know that there were aboriginies in the UK - Having laws that require proof of the need for a weapon has not kept guns out of criminals hands and only prevented law abiding people from defending them self. Stories from this site reflect this truth. Guns are not just for hunting they are first and formost to protect life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. Having a government regulate possesion of gun's , dogs or any property has never worked for the people. Look at Australia and the recent changes to the gun laws there. Home invasion's, armed robbery and many other violent crimes are up two fold. This is also happening in Canada. When the people are not armed then the criminals have their way. I don't know what tribe Clint is from but he needs to be set straight on that piece of shite advice on how to keep a government happy. Governments are not happy governments are never happy.

Come on now we can do better than that. SGS:wallbash:

The difference between the US & the UK, is that the scum who is entering your house still has the same 'human rights' as you do, even when he's threatening your family and taking your TV off the wall right before your eyes. :wallbash:

You beat the crap out of the scumbag and you could end up in more trouble than him. Personally I think that you leave all your rights at the door when you enter someone's house uninvited with intent to cause them grief..

Correct - When the government confiscates all small arms this action is implies that you do not have the right to defend yourself or your property that is the turning point from citizenship to becoming a subject of the government! You are agreeing to this by surrendering your weapons and assuming that the government will now protect you.

In the USA we have the right to keep and bear arms, this is the second amendment it is recognized as an inalienable right ( god given) to defend your self and what is yours. The UN dosn't work that way they assume that they are the only ones that should be armed and defend. And where is the UN when that guy rips your TV off your livingroom wall, where is the UN when that same guy comes back for you wife or children. I will tell you where they are - having tea and crumpets with the local constable.

Even a small animal will bite and scratch to defend it's own life, it is only natural!

I have never had a Coyote, Fox or Bocat surrender and lay down for me to take their pelt I have to hunt them down and kill them to get their pajamas on the pelt stretcher.

I will never surrender any of my weapons to the government I would fight untill death to protect that right. I am a free man as all men should be free and not subjects of some empty government with no sole. The people make a nation not the government.

The biggest threat to gun ownership in the uk is from gun owners inability to get off their arses and stop moaning about our gun law and do anything about it we let slr's get banned then some of you lost your pistols ( I was lucky I got to keep mine) then we lost hunting and why because we did fu#k all about it.

If all field sports stood together and I mean all of us,fishermen, terrier men, lurchermen, shooters including target, falconers, everyone!we could put a stop to the continual erosion of our rights.

Too many stayed away from the marches saying it won't make a difference well if we all descended on london they would have to listen.

That's the spirit danw. You are 100% correct. I would like to see a country gain some of these rights back for a change and not just hear about losing them. Maybe the UK will be the first to get some revesal's - really like to see it... :clapper:
