neil r 1,861
Has anyone seen tonights lancashire telegraphs piece on "barbaric deer poachers" . Its the usual rubbish done to make everthing sound as bad as possible , they have even tried to imply that rabbiting with lurchers is illegal . Lancashire wildlife officer pc carl chew claims that its illegal to kill a mammal with a dog unless fulfilling the criteria for a hunt or to control FOXES and HARES with the landowners permission . farlap 19
i know it seems an effort, but you have to put together a well written letter correcting the mistakes. keep it factual and keep it polite. Send it in for publication and if you suspect they have an anti stance, then keep on pestering until you get it published.
