when there moneyy involved and public forums with a grey area it can get emotional at times ,to the losing party , and if there ahint of a mix up you try and staiten it out or help or make it worse , but resaly i never saw anybody say sory for wrong desision etc or all that

Whin, what the fvck is your problem ????? I said the mixi didn't count, LDR said the mixi didn't count and threw it in a ditch !!! SINGLEHANDED said it DID count and was happy with it !!! j d its a bit of fun but once you take fifty pound of a man to have alamping com p 16 men ,its a wage or two so were is the fun if you run me and i slip on a three leeged hare wouild i take it never, beacase well your only beating yourself mate , like a hedge bouncer ,nothing compared to a big open feild and hees got a hundred yard on you and you no if that dog hasnt the pace and ability he cant stop it ill say no more but , once you take money fun can soon creep out of it

well if he was the judge and he said that the mixi did not count as he has said many times, and the lad who caught the mixi dident count but the lad who he was runnin against said it did count then it stands in my eyes, so what is your problem i carnt understand you keep sayin that the judge should ov said it dident count ( AND HE DID SAY THAT) so why keep draggin it up ?????

fair enough but its the judges desision mate full stop not the competitors , if im judging as a judge in a comp my desision not competitors , full stop , and i think the only reason sh says anything was he was thinking he ws going to get more rabbits but not to be, as they saw nothing else , all in all in my eyes or any genuine running dog men its 4 4 , end off ,so i call a foul playing snooker im the jusdge the two competitors says no foul my desision stands full stop ,cheers guys a bit of crack and well lessons to be learned , saw lots of proffesional fouls getting done and judged say nothing no good lamp and battery ,judges desision is final and more so if ther e money involved mate cheers ,

I've been really busy the last few days and i've not kept up with this thread and tbh i can't be arsed with reading the 18 pages thats been posted since i saw it last.

 

This lamping competition has been a real nightmare due to a number of reasons, the main one being weather. You can count the number of decent lamping nights last season on one hand.

Another reason it's been a nightmare is the constant slagging off from folk who wern't even in the competition.

 

I entered the comp and also Judged 2 heats, i met some good decent lads (and lass's) and i've really enjoyed it. Now some of us are blessed with good land to run our dogs on, some of us have to make do with whats available. The land i run my heat with LDR on wasn't all that good to start with, however dogs n natives took us to another spot and we ended up getting a runs. It's all about getting out there and taking part. I put CP and his brother up for nearly a week and he put me up for a weekend. I have no regrets at all about entering the competition. It's just a shame it's ending up how it is.

 

Now I will put up my land for the final if you want to take me up on it. I have 2 spare kennels if the lads want to stay over the night. There's not a huge amount of rabbits left but you will get a few runs. Now I will have to judge as i won't have anyone on my land without me. The offers there it makes sence as i'm near Doncaster appros half way to both the finalists. Just let me know.

mally when there money and 16 50 pound notes and no rules written properly and nobody takeing the judge serously you will get people saying things ,and if people want to stand up and be counted they have to make the [bANNED TEXT] desisions or re run it mally , thats a kind gesture putting up land but i think tomos doing that i think ,maybe it should be a vote if mixixs count in comps as i never heard of it in my time , all in all most things have run smoothly but its when youi get into close desisions things get titer at times all the best to good dog men

i ran maxhardcore in last years comp his bitch caught 1 on way back from a run, i gave him it judge said are you sure im a sportin man and let him have it we had a crackin neet lampin with good crack i beat him by 1 rabbit, but if he had ov beat me by 1 rabbit i would still shake his hand at the end ov the neet. if you get what im sayin mate but it has past and please just let it lie mate as nee 1 wants to bitch about it, shit happens in life mate you just put it behind you and go forward never look back it only plays on your mind and winds you up, whats the point, is the final gettin run this week or start ov next season ????
