went out tonight on my land knowing that alot of the rabbits there are lamp shy ,i attached my amber lamp filter but most of them still f****d off ,[bANNED TEXT] filter do you feel gets better results.

Red`s a good one to get you closer when the conditions are not ideal.

Its all down to personal choice and how the rabbits react. All rabbits will get used to a colour after a while. Once they get shy on one colour, change the filter until you find one that they dont mind.

ive just started useing an amber filter this year and ive done great had some very good nights using it but im thinking of buying a red 1 for the on coming season atb Top Lamper

all use a red one buy was using the blue one in the snow when got the lamp sent away for the filters for it and got red blue green amber have not tried the green or amber but will do now after a few off yeas said there good

i have the red and amber filters i think there a pain in the arse taking them on and off and personally dont think ive done any better than using no filter,only time i use them is if i go somewhere im not meant to be just so it dims the light as you can see the clear beam for miles

They can help, red IMO is the best, and can get you some more bunnies in the bag, although it does drastically reduce the range of the beam... They still become shy of the filters after a period of time though..

better than any filter is useing the wind, the edge of cover,try and predict wind darkness etc , dont harrie the qaurry to much ,red is the best or amber , re approach the land and think are they being chased to much try and get a new method gun snare whatever , ifi see game lamp shy either somebody else has been at them or conditions are crap and its just awalk out ,not aserous hunt
