Its possible, they are both social animals pigeons and rabbits. Maybe try pop a fair freshly killed rabbit out a warren with a stick under into underside of its head and then otherside in floor so its not blatently dead, they may get the smell of it down the hole and think a buddy is out playing (probably more of an incentive to leave any dead bunnies in situ until finished in your position). However I dont think its going to be too effective. Less tampering round their environment the better I think!

Hi Aaron,

Didn't you read that review of the Steve Price DVD I put on here a while back?

I mentioned that Steve did an experiment with a TOY bunny as a decoy, it certainly worked :clapper:

Saw someone else use a dead bunny as a deek once, cant think if it was John Darling or James Douglass, OH CRAP, just remembered, I should have posted my James Douglass dvd's today :censored:

Note:: To the gentleman who was expecting the DVD's, Sorry, I went shooting :icon_redface:

Will post em in the morning

One of the best Rabbit decoys is a Carrot field... Never fails to bring them out biggrin.gif.....

I have seen some pFalconers use Radio Controlled Bunnies for the Hawks to chase at displays!! could be a interesting one if the ground was smooth enough unless you had a 4x4 Off Road Bunny wink.gif.......

Not sure if it would work personally, as in order to place the bunny decoys, surely you will be disturbing their area, leaving your smell there & making them less reluctant to come out.

But, saying that, I have never tried it, so I may be completely wrong!
