Depends if its 15 inch and built like a barrel.

In my experience, girth is the determining factor in working ability and height is of lesser importance. I work a fairly leggy russel dog, and he will get just about anywhere.

this is my pup. picture taken a couple of months ago. he's 9 month old now and 16 inch to the shoulder. hope he does'nt get any bigger.
