[BANNED TEXT] age ?

hi all,

[bANNED TEXT] age should i start the pup on rabbit? he five month old and he startin to work cover and and very keen,

i where goin to get him on some easy rabbits this summer as i dont want to spoil him.

do you think the nexed few weeks is to early?

I personally wouldn't let him do anything other than what he does naturally at his own pace . . . . . . If he's starting to work cover on his own already, then i'm sure before too long or over the warmer months he will put a rabbit up to chase. I'm not an expert but i think 5 months is still very young, however keen he is, he's a puppy still and i would be concentrating more on obedience, recall, socialising, stock breaking, retrieve, and all done in a playful manor. :thumbs:

hannah,s put it well do the simple things with ur pup obedience etc, an he,ll get the rest good luck :thumbs:
