End of Season

Put the boys away yesterday and said thats it for another season, saw young ones yesterday. This is my 3rd year and love it, my question is what does everyone do for the rest of the year? do you work the ferrets on different game or do some other type of hunting??

I'm considering getting into terriering, as lad works for me does it and also have a fox problem. is it a large jump from ferrets to terriers?

At least another two months of ferreting then trapping snaring , lots of lamping a bit of pigeon shooting rough shooting them back to ferreting

Ferreting the estate (need to do pest control out of the shooting season), lots and lots and lots of fly fishing, training kits, training dogs, bit of lamping, shoot some pigeons and squirrels . . . . .
