Do you work ferrets when in season?

Just wondered if you lads work your ferrets whilst they are in season?

no reason why not,as long as there are no hobs working along with her.

Only one of my hobs hasn't been castrated going to get him vasectomised instead to look after my two jills which aren't in season yet .

But generally speaking I don't work them when they're in season .

i am not working my albino when shes in season(she is at the moment) but thats mainly because i have finished ferreting around here but if i get some more permission with a few more on i might consider it.

if you do work her when she is in season make sure and give her a clean after.atb

Sorry mate I was a bit slow there Most of my ferreting is finishing up now anyway - there weather is cr5p - the jills aren't in season yet but by the time they 'come in' ferreting will be finished altogether so it's more to do with timing than anything elseand I don't like summer time ferreting - to much like hard work
