lukey 1,621
Foxdropper is pretty accurate in what he says about the site, particularly the lurcher and terrier section. It is evident there is a massive amount of uneducated people who post idiotic topics, and there are alot of people who get satisfaction from jumping on them. Maybe something can be done to stop threads like the following coming up frequently:- *Show us your bull X *Whats better chocolate or black *My terrier wont stay to ground *Show us your pre ban pics *Show us your pre ban badger pics Some of the stuff that pops up is hilarious and mostly illegible. FTB Well why not just let only sensable answers be posted, maybe the people asking these questions are young and new to the game and have no one to learn from? Its not easy trying to learn on your own as I had to do. Not all of us are born experts and the last thing we want is young folk trying to get into the game going out on there own n trying to learn the hard way. Maybe a section for the likes where they can ask there quiestion without being jumped on! I know when I was just learning (I still am learning btw) and was asking advice on here I could count on one had the amount of decent people that were willing to help without trying to bring me down Quote Link to post

FTB i agree with fd, up to a point it easy to call someone a retard for what they post , just some lad are not able to put a post together, to be fair to all this site is for all young and old some questions asked seen shite to some but maybe not the poster, you always hear no wonder no one post anymore , well where all the big boys then with there posts i rather see a so call uneducated people who post idiotic topics, than a know -it- all waiting for someone to post to slate it , and they don't post there own??? , sounder Quote Link to post
lukey 1,621
Some of the so called stupid questions may not seem so stupid when answered with a sensable answer! Its when all the silly replys just to be funny pop up it turns into a stupid thread thats not even worth looking at! Maybe the young hunters section being put in every forum would help then that way people would know it was young folk just looking to learn Edited February 28, 2010 by lukey Quote Link to post
FightTheBan 1,147
Perhaps i worded it wrong. I was meaning the people who post blatently illegal stuff and wonder why they are shot down in flames. And they are idiotic because the rules and law on working dogs is pinned to the fecking top of the page. I have no problem with the beginners asking advice, as that is what the forum is for after all, not just so people can inflate there egos with there world beating dogs. Cheers FTB Quote Link to post
johnny boy68 11,726
Sometimes its easy to confuse "retarded questions" with inexperienced questions,as sounder said some members have trouble wording their posts. If anybody dosen't like a thread its simple, ignore it! Quote Link to post

brog 670
i never noticed anything saying you have to read or reply to all posts. so if the post is below you or not to your liking dont read it and dont reply simple Quote Link to post

slingshot82 32
I agree to a certain extent about the silly questions posted on here, and we are all aware that some of the posts are started by antis hoping for us to fall into their trap. But there are also alot of posts from genuine lads/lasses wanting help to further their knowledge and get a better understanding of the sport. I for one am only just getting into digging with my terriers, and would like to think I could post a serious question and get some help and information from people with more experience. Thanks and all the best Quote Link to post
mushroom 12,918
Well said slingshot It's fine to ask questions stupid or not, it's the posts that have no common sense behind them that cause uproar. As for the antis starting threads I thought this was obvious they want us to fall into their traps problem is they are not that clever but neither are some people on here Come on antis use some imagination Come on then lad's who's TERRIER has the BIGGEST DICKK   HAHAHAHAHAHA Mine He'll whip it on ya forehead from here  Quote Link to post
