HW100 protected.

Took the HW100 to bit's tonight, well, removed the action from the stock actually.

 

Somthing I meant to do before I scoped her. :icon_redface:

 

Im glad I did it, because the wood inside that's unseen was as dry as a whitches tit.

Not now though, given it plenty of CCL Conditioning stock oil in there, soaked it up a treat.

Also oiled the bottom of the action.

 

If I get caught out in a storm now, at least I know the stock and rifle are in good order, and will prevent the stock from swelling if it does get a soaking.

haha they have 6million unemployed they gotta save some euro's somehow ;) did you see how rough cut they are as well just like all other stocks I've had :)

 

 

To be honest mate, its quite tidy in there, I was well pleased.

 

6 million unemployed.....hell....I was over there working on a huge private clinic in Koln, they were doing alright then, was about 16 years ago though.

 

Seem's like we are all taking a beasting at the moment buddy. :doh:

 

Roll on the summer, get the Bar-B-Q out, burn some sauages and rabbit, and swallow some ice cold beer, with the family and some friends.....lovely jubbly :thumbs:
