I've lost a ferret, so I thought I'd post the details here, because forums like this never stop surpising me.

 

 

 

Ferret lost.

 

1 Year old Pole-cat Hob.

 

Safe to handle, does not bite.

 

Lost in Kenninghall, Norfolk.

Stupidist thing. Cleaned them out and left the door open, a few hours later I found 2 in the garden as the dogs went barmy. The 3rd of my 4 ferrets was picked up by someone later that night about 100 yards from the house. Number 4 has now been missing for two days.

Have you put a cage trap down with some food in for it to come back to?

 

Would it come back to the smell of the other ferrets?

my silver jill was missing 24hrs she ended up finding her own way back 2 the cage so you might still see him again best of luck

I lost one of mine last year,wife and daughter put up posters of"lost ferret"and a contact no incase found,worked a treat,-remember not eveyone in your locality will know you keep ferrets.
